Tomy added that so far there have been a lot of humanitarian activists working in the field to to help the community. Therefore, he considered the need for an activity or the forum so that every institution, agency, or humanitarian activist could sit together and discuss the future of Indonesia. Moreover, after the Covid-19 pandemic emerged, of course there were many unpredicted events and changes.

The Indonesian Humanitarian Congress was divided into 4 parallel sub-themes. This event was also highlighted by Anima Band and closed with the reading of the Humanitarian Declaration by Titi Moektijasih as Humanitarian Affairs Analyst UN OCHA. The following is the Humanitarian Declaration.
