HI Holds Humanitarian Ambassador Training for International Da’wah Safari Preparation

In welcoming the holy month of Ramadan 1446 Hijri, Human Initiative organized a training program for Humanitarian Ambassadors titled “Trainers Humanitarian Ambassador 2025” at Hall Initiative Building, 3rd Floor (25/2). This training gathered several Humanitarian Ambassadors who will be deployed abroad to spread Islamic da’wah. Before their departure, they received training from Human Initiative on effectively delivering Islamic messages.

The event was officially opened by Human Initiative President, Tomy Hendrajati. He stated that the Humanitarian Ambassador program, managed under the Initiative Da’i Center, aims to promote Islamic da’wah and spread goodness internationally.

Vice President of Worldwide Partnership & National Development, Bambang Suherman, also emphasized that HI continues to encourage Humanitarian Ambassadors to optimize their message. Their mission extends not only within Indonesia but also to various parts of the world.

Several speakers were present at the event, providing materials related to Islamic da’wah and humanitarian action. One of the speakers, Ustaz Agus Setiawan, as TFT Humanitarian Ambassador, delivered a session on the importance of kindness toward others. Another speaker, Ustaz Rosihan Anwar, explained strategies for conducting the Humanitarian Ambassador Program. He shared various approaches, including intention (niyyah), understanding the audience, structuring content, and establishing connections with the Muslim diaspora abroad.

“It is important to understand that there are four strengths of a muzaki: purifying the heart from miserliness, experiencing the sweetness of faith, being protected from worldly dangers, and attaining happiness in the Hereafter,” emphasized Ustaz Agus in his presentation.

In the final session, Dovy Kurniawan, Campaign and Communication Officer, provided technical preparations for Humanitarian Ambassadors who will embark on the Human Initiative Islamic Da’wah Safari program to various countries.
