Caring for the environment can begin with simple habits, including moments spent with family. This spirit colored d’BestO Family Run 2026, held at Tahura Ir. H. Djuanda, Bandung, on Saturday, August 1, 2026. In this event, Human Initiative participated as a charity partner for a tree-planting program through the #JagaBumiJagaMasaDepan campaign.
Around 1,000 participants joined the relaxed 5-kilometer run through the Tahura area. In addition to exercising, participants enjoyed interactive games and a family picnic area. Surrounded by a green atmosphere, the activity gave families an opportunity to spend time together while connecting more closely with nature. Through this concept, d’BestO Family Run encouraged communities to build an active lifestyle aligned with environmental care.
Through booth activation, the Human Initiative team distributed plant seedlings to participants. In addition to receiving seedlings, participants were encouraged to plant and care for them at home or in their surrounding environment. This simple step served as a reminder that everyone can help protect the earth starting from the closest surroundings.
Collaboration is therefore an important part of cultivating environmental awareness. d’BestO Family Run brought together businesses, humanitarian organizations, communities, and the public in one shared spirit. When every party takes a role, environmental care can reach more people. In addition to distributing plant seedlings, Human Initiative also provided a water station and fruit for participants. Simple habits such as planting trees and caring for plants can become the beginning of a greener environment.
Togetherness in this activity shows that simple steps become more meaningful when carried out collectively. From one action, care can grow and inspire more people to help protect the earth.
Protecting the earth does not have to wait for a major step. Every simple action, when done consistently, can bring benefits to the environment and future generations.
