“Vaccination Recovering Together”, Human Initiative Program with CRS and Australian Aid

Pasuruan – Thursday (14/04), Human Initiative in collaboration with Catholic Relief Services (CRS), Australian Aid, and the local government held a vaccination program at Nguling Village, Pasuruan, East Java. The program, called “Vaccination Recovering Together” was held as an effort to distribute national vaccinations for the prevention of COVID-19.

The vaccination program, which took place at the Nguling Village office, was held in an orderly manner and complied with health protocols. The activity lasted about 3.5 hours from 07.30 to 11.00 WIB. Those who get the vaccine include the general community, pregnant women, the elderly and people with disabilities.  This vaccination program is also available for all stages, from those who want to get the COVID-19 vaccine for the first time to those who want to get the 2nd and 3rd vaccine or booster vaccine.

Identity Card and Previous Vaccine Card

People who want to get vaccines do not need to bring other requirements except a copy of their Identity Card (KTP) and previous vaccine cards/proofs for those who want to get the 2nd and 3rd vaccines.  In addition, the vaccine recipients must have reached the age of at least 18 years.

“Thank God I feel calmer now.  I don’t have any vaccine debt anymore to prepare for my next birth,” said Febri*. She is one of the beneficiaries of the Vaccination Recovering Together program.  She is expecting a baby in the next few weeks.
