Having had difficulty with clean water, now Residents in Cisaat Village has felt the benefits of the Water Reservoir

Bandung Regency – West Java Human Initiative together with Waqf Salman inaugurated a clean water reservoir near a spring. More than 40 people were also present to witness the inauguration which took place in Cisaat Village, Margaluyu Village, Kec. Pangalengan, Friday (01/07/22).
The event was also attended by the head of Margaluyu Village, Mr. Rohimat. In his speech, he thanked the West Java Human Initiative and Waqf Salman for paying attention to Cisaat Village in the clean water system program, especially when the village has not been able to maximally help the people of Cisaat village who have difficulty with clean water.

Happiness was seen in the faces of the local community who flocked to see firsthand the shelter which can now be useful for the residents.
Support also comes from one of the institutions that helped build this reservoir, namely Waqf Salman. Kang Bayu as his representative called on the community to maintain and care for this water program so that it can be useful in the future.
The problem of clean water in Cisaat village has lasted since long time ago. Even for daily needs the residents had to hold the rainwater. Some of the residents take clean water in jerry cans from other areas outside the village.

Human Initiative volunteers see firsthand the condition of the water in people’s homes

“Alhamdulillah, finally the residents have no more problems with clean water. Of course, this program is the result of the collaboration of various parties. We are very grateful that there are more than 100 households connected by pipes from the water reservoir and have felt the benefits of this program.” said Indra Budi Legowo as Head of the West Java Human Initiative branch.

Thanks were conveyed from the community and the clean water group “Prosperous Blessing Salman”. it is hoped that the water reservoir can be well maintained and can be used for the long term.
