Self-Isolation Guide: Steps in Carrying out Self Isolation

24 September 2022

The COVID-19 pandemic is a lesson for all of us, especially in increasing our concern for Health. One of this concern is effort to support those around us who need guidelines for self-isolation due to COVID-19. However, of course we need this support and knowledge, so that the assistance we provide can have a maximum impact.

For this reason, through this pocket book, Human Initiative and the Catholic Relief Service (CRS) and support from the local government hope to help Covid-19 survivors in carrying out self-isolation including in equipping people who help the healing of the survivors.

In performing self-isolation, there are several checklists that we must pay attention to, especially if the affected patients are pregnant women, children and breastfeeding mothers. Then what are the conditions and steps that we need to pay attention to during self isolation?

In general, there are 3 conditions for self-isolation, namely:

Asymptomatic/Asymptomatic

Mild Symptoms

Environment The house/room has good ventilation

then how is each application in self-isolation?

What tools need to be prepared?

Why do pregnant and postpartum women need self-isolation?

what nutrients do the body need in undergoing the self isolation?
