SITUATION REPORT #1 Floods in Bengkulu Province

The high rainfall in Bengkulu city and its surroundings on Monday (29/8) caused flooding in a number of places. The Floods and landslides submerged local residents’ housing with a height of 20 cm-1 meter. The Bengkulu Province BPBD team evacuated the affected residents who were trapped by the flood. In addition, Human Initiative also responded quickly in the field by carrying out a number of actions, such as the distribution of ready-to-eat food to setging up Dapur Air post.
