Supporting Food Supply in Palestine, Human Initiative, Along with BTS ARMY Indonesia, Sends Aid Packages to Families in Gaza

Gaza, Palestine – The distribution of food, a basic necessity for survivors in Gaza, Palestine, is facing increasing challenges. This situation has arisen due to a fuel crisis, which has resulted in a reduction in the operational activities of transport vehicles.

The United Nations (UN) agency, the World Food Programme (WFP), has reported that Palestine is experiencing a severe fuel crisis. It is highly likely that this situation may force the WFP to halt emergency food distribution for thousands of survivor families in the Gaza Strip.

According to Antara news agency, Samer Abdeljaber, representing the WFP, has described how stocks in stores containing essential food items in Gaza are depleting rapidly. This is due to stores being unable to replenish food supplies due to damaged roads, security concerns, and the fuel crisis.

The Kindness of BTS ARMY Indonesia for 200 Families in Gaza

BTS ARMY Indonesia, in collaboration with the people of Indonesia, has shown their compassion for survivors in Palestine. Fans of the South Korean vocal group have collected over Rp1 billion in humanitarian donations in just four days.

In challenging conditions, Human Initiative’s humanitarian collaboration partner in Palestine has sent a distribution report. This distribution is in the form of 200 food aid packages for families who have sought refuge at Majida Waseela School in Gaza, Palestine.

Human Initiative received this report before all communication lines in Gaza were completely cut off on Friday, October 27. Despite a temporary disruption due to Israeli attacks on Gaza City, communication was reestablished on Sunday, October 29.
